LANGKAWI, a province of Kedah, is made up of 104 islands but only the largest island in the archipelago is populated. The main island is renowned for its idyllic ambience, meandering hills and lovely beaches.
We arrived at Langkawi International Airport at 12.30 pm. There our tour guide has been waiting and he sends us to his office at Cenang. We choose Cannon Ball located at Cenang Beach Company to provide us some on information on where to staying and dining. They give us info on dining near village in Langkawi where the food prices are cheapest rather than dining near Cenang Beach where it was expensive. Actually they promote us to stay at Langksuka Beach Resort but in last minute they call us and let us know that we need to take other resort because of the resort has some renovation. So we choose Awana Porto Malai Beach Resort. And the best we got sea view room.
